Jan Rutherford is an executive coach and keynote speaker. A former Green Beret and founder of Self-Reliant Leadership® - he also leads Crucible® wilderness expeditions with execs & vets. As a Sr. Instructor with the Univ. of Colorado Denver Business School, he teaches leadership in the U.S. and Ireland. He’s also the co-host of The Leadership Podcast and author of “The Littlest Green Beret: On Self-Reliant Leadership.
