India Rose Matharu-Daley believes that we can create a fairer, greener, and more prosperous future through business for good. She aspires to help solve the world's greatest challenges, including climate change, at the nexus of business, the environment, and innovation.

India has just graduated with an MBA in Sustainable Solutions from Presidio Graduate School, a boutique—and even avant-garde—institution, which pioneered a business degree focused on environmental regeneration and social equity. She has benefited from professional experiences in the US, the UK, Russia, and China in various fields, which in strategy, technology, product design and management, marketing and communications, startups, sustainability consulting, and think tank research.

After her undergraduate degree in art history from the University of Cambridge, India headed to the US West Coast, where she became a founding team member of G3NiU7 Inc. She played an important role in the ideation, creation, and journey to fruition of their consumer-facing technology, Hello Genius. The team designed Hello Genius to revolutionize personal learning and democratize educational opportunities across the world. Its proprietary software allows for the free exploration of a rich world of enlightening content in many media and identifies areas of individual passion that make each child unique. In addition, machine learning optimizes the child's learning pathways and provides parents and guardians with data-driven insights.

During her graduate studies, India enjoyed working as a sustainability consultant in marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance for ATMOS Financial, Grove Collaborative, and EV Life. In addition, she researched and helped to write a paper for the Nature Conservancy on soil carbon and blue carbon finance projects with the international policy director of Silvestrum Climate Associates.

In her spare time, India has volunteered for environmental law firms and dived Belize's Bacalar Chico coral reef to aid marine biologists with fish population surveys. In addition, she enjoys art museums, long-distance ocean swimming, plant-based living, and researching cutting-edge sustainability startups and financial innovations. India is a world traveler and has relished nature and culture in North and Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Iceland, Taiwan, and Colombia are next on her post-pandemic bucket list.
