We need new ideas! Creative thinking is now one of the top skills needed in the workforce, BUT creativity can only thrive with a culture of psychological safety and belonging. Intercultural Creativity creates that environment while developing creative thinking at the same time! This framework is backed by neuroscience and is relevant across sectors. Genein highlights the skills needed to improve creative thinking, which overlaps with the skills needed for cultural development. She discusses the hidden elements that will separate the most creative individuals from the masses in this next future of work.

As the 2019 LA Lakers Business Woman and the 2015 CA Charter Teacher of the Year, Genein is a thought leader and creator of ‘Prismatic Leadership’, ‘Intercultural Creativity®' and ‘NeuroSomatic Creativity®’. She is the Founder/Chief Creative Officer of CAFFE Strategies, LLC, which trains executives and employees to create sustainable equity & inclusion strategies based on neuroscience while unleashing innovative thinking. Her 7 Gems of Intercultural Creativity framework supports organizations' diversity and inclusion development while developing tools for creative thinking. With degrees in psychology and educational development from UCLA and CSUN plus a Brain-Centric Design certification, her neuroscience/cognitive psychology-rooted curriculum has led to her being called "America's Creative Coach" for her work reigniting intercultural creativity within our workforce.
