Ceah Justice is an uncompromising advocate for social change. She is a DEI executive committed to challenging, changing, and shaping the mindset of others to create a culture of intentional inclusionist. With over 25 years of experience in Leadership & Development and DEI, Ceah has dedicated her career to creating change in the workplace and beyond. The heart of Ceah’s work centers around creating transformative environments where people feel safe to use their voices and walk in their fullest potential and authenticity.

As CEO of The Be You Company, Ceah helps organizations align DEI practices with business priorities to drive sustainable change. Ceah mentors women across the globe, serves as a board member for several organizations and uses her intersectionality to inspire others. She is the founder of Journey, an online women's empowerment platform. Her goal is to help women find their voice, step into their power, and create change in themselves and those around them.

As a public speaker, she raises awareness of pressing societal issues, encourages people to take personal responsibility for their own lives, and motivates them to develop creative solutions focused on people.
